Please read these Terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) carefully before using www.plugyo.com (hereinafter referred to as “plugyo.com”) operated by PlugYo (hereinafter referred to as “PlugYo” or “we”).

Your access to and use of plugyo.com is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use plugyo.com.

By accessing or using plugyo.com you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access plugyo.com.

PlugYo is a registered trademark in the Benelux under registration number 1003354 with registration date October 19, 2016. For more information visit www.boip.int

Subscriptions

Some parts of plugyo.com are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring base.

Content

Plugyo.com allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material here after called content. You are responsible for the content. 

In no event shall PlugYo be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of plugyo.com or the contents of plugyo.com. PlugYo reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modification to the contents on plugyo.com at any time without prior notice. We are taking measures to ensure the application is secure. PlugYo does not warrant that the plugyo.com is free of viruses or other harmful components. However we are taking the best measures to ensure the application is secure.

Maintenance

PlugYo will announce maintenance in time. The time that PlugYo websites are down will be as short as possible. PlugYo websites will be read-only within this time frame.

Use of third party API's

We use application programming interfaces (API's) from the the following third parties:

Facebook
The Graph API is the primary way to get data into and out of the Facebook platform. It's an HTTP-based API that apps can use to programmatically query data, post new stories, manage ads, upload photos, and perform a wide variety of other tasks.

Browser support

We strive to make PlugYo work on the most common and worldwide browsers.

Links to other websites

Plugyo.com may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PlugYo.

PlugYo has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that PlugYo shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Canceling activities

When PlugYo canceling its activities you cannot claim any content.

Changes

These Terms are effective as of March 1, 2022 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms at any time and you should check there Terms periodically. Your continued use of plugyo.com after we post any modifications to the Terms on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.

We shall first publish changes on My PlugYo. If the user continues to use plugyo.com, it is deemed to have accepted the changed Terms. If the user does not accept the changes, the user is entitled to terminate the user agreement as per the date the changes will take effect by giving prior written notice to PlugYo.
